Michele joined in 2006 after more than 6 years of litigation and intellectual property experience. She is well versed in patent prosecution (domestic and foreign) and has further developed her knowledge of Intellectual Property through European and International patent application work at SchleeIP, now looking back to more than 15 years of experience in IP. Michele’s past experience has been with large firms and includes patent and trademark infringement litigation focusing on research, extensive organization of documents and assistance during trial.

Through the California Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) requirements for maintaining paralegal status, Michele continues to pursue education and the legal knowledge needed in the fast paced field of intellectual property.

• Bachelor of Science degree from Sonoma State University
